Wills and Powers of Attorney (Personal and Property)

Having a Will allows persons to know whom you wish to leave your assets, special bequests, trusts, charitable donations, guardianship etc… A Living Will, together with Powers of Attorney for health and property, would establish your requests should you be stricken incapable of making your own decisions.

Should a person die intestate (without a will), the court will decide such important decisions without the input of you, or family members.

If minor children are not designated with a guardianship to person(s) prior to one or both parent’s death, this leaves the courts and social services to decide whom they feel is the best parent to raise your child.

Let us help to ensure your ESTATE will be distributed as YOU wish upon death.
